Nepal triumph over long-term political anxiety and instability. It with struggle fought for a federal democratic republic and finally at the year 2074 succeeded at organizing all level elections and constructed new Nepal with provincial decentralization. A new government, there is the participation of people who fought for social justice at community and those who dedicated their important lives against different types of structural discrimination. On the other hand, the country is seeking qualified leaders for establishing social justice, good governance, and economic prosperity. Understanding the contemporary demand of society National Alliance of Women Human Rights Defenders (NAWHRD) organized three day National Feminist Forum at STAFF college, Jawalakhel, Kathmandu. The three-day forum gathered guests and participants from the diverse sector. The topic of the conference; “Transformed Leader for Socio-Cultural Transformation” was broad including different sub-themes which were being further discussed divided them into several sessions. At the end of this forum, a 13 point declaration was promulgated and later presented to Rt. Honorable President Bidya Devi Bhandari.
